Instead of Mr. Lenko Milin, newly appointed President of the Management Board, Mr. Damir Guzobad has been appointed Technical Director and Mr. Marin Radović his deputy, as of 1 February 2012.

On its meeting held on 25 January 2012, the Supervisory Board of Tankerska plovidba passed following decisions:

Due to the expiration of the term in office Mr. Ive Mustać, president of the Management Board, and members of the Board Mr. Petar Kragić and Mr. ivica Čičmi-Vestić are relieved of their duties. This decision takes effect on 31 January 2012.

Mr. Lenko Milin is appointed new President of the Management Board as of 1 February 2012, with the term of office lasting four years.

Mr. Ivica Čičmir-Vestić  and Mr. Joško Jurin are appointed the Management Board members as of 1 February 2012, with the term of office lasting four years.

Mr. Dragan Gaćina, Director of Marketing Department, retires on 1 February 2012. Mr. Joško Jurin has been appointed new Director of the Marketing department as of 1 February 2012.
